1. Entry/purchaser must be 21 years or older. Only one (1) individual may be identified as an entry/purchaser. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply
2. Individual Business Owners serviced through Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC are *NOT* eligible to participate.
3. One (1) entry per email address.
4. Employees of Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
The Drawing and Entry Deadline
1. The drawing will close on February 14, 2009. Drawing will be held at a later date after that.
The Prize(s)
1. One (1) winner will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) prize. The following prize will be given away: one (1) GPS Mobile Location Unit and one (1) year of monitoring. Winners will be notified of the estimated retail value of his/her prize.
2. Winner will be notified by email.
3. Winner has sixty (60) days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within sixty (60) days, the prize becomes null and void.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes. Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer, sale or assignment of prizes is allowed.
5. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
7. Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC is not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
8. Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous
1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
2. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC and any other sponsors accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
3. Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
4. Horizon Technologies/Angel Star Sales, LLC reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
